Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Only items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect are eligible for returns.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Return Process

Email us at wraparazzis@gmail.com with your order number, details of the defect or damage, and any relevant photos.
Approval and Instructions:
Our customer support team will review your claim, once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions. Do not send returns to the original sender's address, as we will not be able to process your return from that location.
Return Shipping:
We will provide a return shipping label for eligible returns.
Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect as described, we will process a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow our return policy to send the item back for a refund.
